• Newmans Coach Lines departs directly from the village at 12.30pm  daily and arrives in Auckland at 4.30pm

Waitomo - Auckland by Train:

• Overlander:

Auckland to Otorohanga departs Auckland 7.25am arrives in Otorohanga at 10.25am on Friday, Saturday, Sunday

Otorohanga to Auckland departs Otorohanga 4.10pm arrives in Auckland at 7.20pm on Friday, Saturday, Sunday 

Waitomo - Rotorua by Bus:

• Waitomo Wanderer:  Arrives in Waitomo at 10.00am and departs for Rotorua at 3.45pm daily

• Newmans Coach Lines:  Arrives in Waitomo at 11.30am and departs for Rotorua 12.30pm daily

Waitomo - Otorohanga by Shuttle:

• Waitomo Shuttle:  On request. Bookings essential. Contact Waitomo i-Site Information Centre
