Listed below are the accommodation sites available for schools in the Waitomo Caves area. The Education Service will make all your bookings for you - free of charge!

Three bunk rooms sleep 29 people. The kitchen has all utensils, cutlery, crockery. Lounge, dining room and outside long drop. Bring bedding. $5.50 per person per night.
Seven bunk rooms sleep 46 people. The kitchen has all utensils, cutlery, crockery, a microwave and zip. Lounge, dining room and outside BBQ area and deck. Bring bedding, tea towels and sharp knives. $7.00 per person per night.

Dorm rooms sleep 38. Fully equipped kitchen, shower and toilet facilities. Lounge, swimming pool. Farm setting. Tent sites. Bring bedding. $22.00 per person per night.
Sleeps 30. Bring bedding and pillowcase. All cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery provided. $7.00 per person per night.
Sleeps 120. Backpackers, dorms and chalets available. The self-catering kitchen has 2 microwaves and 4 hotplates - cooking utensils provided - collect cutlery and crockery from the office. Games room, large communal lounge, library and internet facilities.
Lodge accommodation available: 4 x quad rooms, 2 x triple rooms, 16 x twin/double rooms - all use shared bathrooms. 2 x twin/double with ensuite. Costs: $24 per student with sleeping bag, $26 per student with linen provided, $28 per student in made up beds, $56 per adult (single), $29 per adult (share)
Chalet accommodation available: 8 x quad, 5 x twin, 6 x double - all with private bathroom. $32 per student, $72 per adult (single), $37 per adult (share). NB there is a no sleeping bags policy in the chalets.

Cabins sleep up to 4 (total 36). Fully equipped kitchen, shower and toilet facilities. Crockery, cutlery provided. Bring bedding, pillows provided. Children's playground. Lots of space to run around. Swimming pool and spa. Tent sites and units available. Walking distance to all activities. Year 11 and Up are classed as adults.
Cabins $18.50
per person per night.
Tents: $18 per adult and $9.00 per child per night.
