Insufficient supervision of students; poor communication with students. Sliding doors. Uneven ground outside building.
Risk Management Strategies

Normal Operations

Students are greeted by staff and are briefed on emergency procedures. Regular maintenance. First Aid available at the front counter. Visitors are expected to wear appropriate footwear.

Emergency

Exit signs are clearly labelled. Fire extinguishers are situated throughout the building. In case of injury, staff at the front counter and Education staff have appropriate First Aid training and access to appropriate resources and emergency services.

Relevant Industry Standards Applicable

The building is OSH compliant.

Policies and Guidelines Recommended Students are always under adult and/or teacher supervision.
Skills Required by Staff First Aid skills, education programmes overseen and presented by a registered teacher.
